We create Filemaker applications from the ground up. We work with our clients to carefully define and document what and why they need their software to do. We then break the processes and required functionality down into modules, and deliver each module to the client for 'sign off' before proceeding. This allows us and our clients to mutually participate in the development process, and ensure that you have multiple places to make sure that the software will meet your needs during the development cycle.
Some of our clients have mature Filemaker applications that have been running for years, but need professional support to keep them up to speed. We deliver onsite and remote support. We’ll make sure the system is healthy, enhance it when you require, support end users, and make sure the FileMaker server and back-up processes are solid.
We live in a world where your team expects to work from their mobile device to access business applications. We have the expertise to help you connect with your Filemaker data anywhere you go on iPad and iPhone. Access your Filemaker files anytime, anywhere, and use them online or offline.
Many of our customers have portions of their Filemaker databases that they would like to extend to the web. Our team will work with your FileMaker system, and build a web interface so that clients, suppliers, and other interested third parties can interact with as much or as little data as you choose.

Often our clients need to share data between multiple offices or want to support people working at home and on the road by giving them real time access to FileMaker databases. If your organization doesn't want to setup and support a Filemaker server, we provide this service. It includes the redundancy, security, and back-ups required.
Many of our customers wish to have the best of both worlds by integrating SQL systems with a friendly Filemaker application to modify data and run reports. We make the two database platforms work in harmony together.
We perform onsite Filemaker training. We are able to tailor the training so that it is wrapped around actual Filemaker software that our clients currently are using, making the training hands on and practical to your particular business.
Before any coding begins, our project manager will document a detailed plan of how the various modules and overall system will be created. This plan includes project timelines, milestones, meeting dates, and numerous places for our clients to test and sign off.
In conjunction with project planning, our project manager and programmer will gather all relevant documents and talk to staff and management about current processes. They will often shadow employees to observe their workflow and talk to management about the details of the reporting they require. If your staff are listened to during development, they will be more receptive to the software when it launches.
The first ‘alpha’ builds of a project begin in a sample fashion. We concentrate to make sure the look, feel, and flow of the software fits with what the client requires and create initial modules, typically contact management and security. All builds are tested by the project manager before being released to the client for review. It is our job (not our client’s) to make sure the software is bug free before you see it.
Our projects are run based on the agile model with adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery of initial modules, while continuously improving the overall system. In practice this means that when we are comfortable that a build is up to standard, we show the client how to use their solution at every successive stage of development. This allows the customer to begin to experiment with the software at each stage and provide feedback. We then make adjustments to the current modules in development based on the comments from the client and then move onto the next module.
Our project manager regularly communicates the progress of the project to our clients including tasks that have been completed, next meeting dates, and budget status. Testing guidelines are also sent to help direct the client’s run through the system to ensure the software is meeting expectations and needs.
As important as the initial development of the software is, rolling out and implementation of the project is critical. Our team will train staff before going live and will be onsite during the launch to make sure things go smoothly.
We don’t just deliver great Filemaker software. We support it for as long as you need us to. This means quickly answering questions from your team, working with your IT department when required, supporting desktop and mobile access, and providing advice on enhancements.
